Kupwara, 30 Oct : MLA Lolab Qaysar Jamshaid Lone today laid foundation stones for two major educational infrastructure projects at Doban Khurhama in Lolab, aimed at strengthening educational facilities and improving the learning environment for students.
The projects include the construction of a Building-less School at Upper Primary School (UPS) Doban Khurhama at an estimated cost of ₹40.29 lakh, and the construction of two additional classrooms (2 ACRs) at Middle School Doban Khurhama, costing ₹20.64 lakh.
With a combined estimated cost of ₹60.93 lakh, the projects are expected to address infrastructure requirements and provide better educational facilities to students from Doban Khurhama and adjoining areas.
The initiative reflects a continued focus on strengthening the education sector in Lolab by improving basic infrastructure and ensuring a more conducive learning environment for students.
The projects, once completed, are expected to benefit students and the teaching community while contributing towards the overall development of educational infrastructure in the area.
